Xfive is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team!

What You’ll Need
- Exceptional communication skills in English: C1/C2 level fluency for meaningful discussions with clients.
- Proven experience: At least 3 years in Sales, including 1+ years in the IT sector.
- Familiarity with tools: Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems. Bonus points for knowledge of sales supporting tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, or marketing automation platforms.
- Client-focused mindset: Confidence in engaging decision-makers and guiding them through their procurement process.
- Industry knowledge: A background in NGO, healthcare, sustainable energy, publishing, or heavy industry is a plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to meet clients across time zones (that may be outside of your 9 to 5).
- Self-starter attitude: Ability to work autonomously, proactiveness, and exceptional communication skills. A sense of humor? That’s a plus, too!
