For our customer, leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation we are looking for a skilled Remote Access and Active Directory Engineer to join IT team.
Remote Access and Active Directory Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end-user computing environments, including desktop and mobile devices, collaboration tools, and software deployment. You will ensure that employees have access to the right tools and technologies to optimize productivity and work efficiency, both in-office and remotely.

Project information:
- Location: Katowice or Kraków or Lublin or Opole (one from those locations to choose; hybrid model of work - 70% from home)
- Type of employment: Employment contract

Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery solutions (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft Remote Desktop).
- Manage and support the deployment of desktop operating systems and applications using tools such as SCCM, Intune, or JAMF.
- Ensure seamless integration of collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 and Teams, including ongoing support and troubleshooting.
- Automate tasks related to user provisioning, software installation, and updates using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for escalated issues related to end-user computing environments.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments.
- Strong experience with end-user device management tools such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of virtual desktop solutions (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon).
- Familiarity with identity and access management (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta).
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation of routine tasks.
- Fluent French and English languages (at least B2 level)
