Remote Access and Active Directory Engineer

Project Information:

• Location: Katowice or Kraków or Lublin or Opole (one from those locations to choose; hybrid model of work - 70% from home)
• Type of employment: Employment contract
• Project language: French and English

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery solutions (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft Remote Desktop).
• Manage and support the deployment of desktop operating systems and applications using tools such as SCCM, Intune, or JAMF.
• Ensure seamless integration of collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 and Teams, including ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Automate tasks related to user provisioning, software installation, and updates using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for escalated issues related to end-user computing environments.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments.
• Strong experience with end-user device management tools such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of virtual desktop solutions (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon).
• Familiarity with identity and access management (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta).
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation of routine tasks.
• Fluent in French and English languages (at least B2 level)
