Reliance Support Engineer (XA21)
For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Reliance Support Engineer (XA21) for a long contract based in Warsaw, Poland. It is paying well and my client can interview asap!
Role Description
- Hands‑on experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
- Background in Electrical Engineering, preferably with specialization in Power Systems.
- Strong programming knowledge in C, C++, Java, and Oracle Database / SQL.
- Proficiency in Shell scripting, with the ability to read and interpret logs and debug files.
- Responsible for installation of operating system patches and 3rd party software such as Oracle, NetApp, etc.
- Experience in system configuration, GitHub, and ClearCase.
- Exposure to real‑time or mission‑critical systems.
- Proven experience in installing fixes on live customer systems.
- Strong problem analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Competent with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Outlook.
- Must have prior experience working on Power on Reliance (AEMS/XA21) systems.
- Occasional travel may be required.
