Reliability & Efficiency Engineer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize system availability and reliability in automated warehouses.
• Own analysis and evaluation of system and operational data (production, operations, EWM‑MFR).
• Develop and implement measures to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical support to project management and system integrator regarding systems, processes, and workflows.
• Ensure smooth ramp‑up and operations while considering technical and organizational requirements.

Your Profile

• Completed a technical apprenticeship or degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable field.
• Experience in data analysis and system operations.
• Structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented working style.
• Assertiveness, leadership skills, strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel (~75% per year within DACH region and Europe).
• Business‑fluent English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
