Reliability & Efficiency Engineer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize system availability and reliability in automated warehouses.
- Own analysis and evaluation of system and operational data (production, operations, EWM‑MFR).
- Develop and implement measures to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Provide technical support to project management and system integrator regarding systems, processes, and workflows.
- Ensure smooth ramp‑up and operations while considering technical and organizational requirements.
Your Profile
- Completed a technical apprenticeship or degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable field.
- Experience in data analysis and system operations.
- Structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented working style.
- Assertiveness, leadership skills, strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel (~75% per year within DACH region and Europe).
- Business‑fluent English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
