As a Managing Architect, you will drive our digital transformation within the Supply Chain Application and Analytics Train. Leading a team of solution architects, you will focus on areas like Production, Plant Maintenance, Quality, Procurement, and Analytics. You will collaborate with the ART management team and engage with enterprise architects and business stakeholders to support our business strategy.

Lead the ART leadership team, defining and communicating technical and architectural strategies
Design target architectures and high-level technical solutions
Oversee the development of robust technical solutions and infrastructures
Ensure solutions meet quality standards and comply with Arlas guidelines

Proven experience as an IT architect with a track record of designing and implementing enterprise-grade digital solutions
Strong understanding of modern architectures, cloud technologies, and digital development disciplines
Experience with a broad range of technologies, such as SAP Production, Plant Maintenance, Quality, Salesforce, Coupa, and data platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
Ability to navigate business demands, set direction amidst evolving priorities, and build strong relationships to align IT initiatives with business goals
Capability to supervise, inspire, and deliver excellent results through your team
Previous experience as a people manager is a plus
