We are looking for a skilled Release Manager with a strong background in Windows environments and fluent German communication skills. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing release cycles across multiple technologies, ensuring stable operations and supporting both infrastructure and end-user platforms.

Project information:

• Location: Katowice (hybrid or remote)
• Type of employment: UoP or B2B contract
• Project language: English & German

Responsibilities:

• Managing release cycles for the following product areas: PC Client, SCCM / Intune, Office 365

• Critical patch and application release management ensuring minimal disruption to end users

• Providing remote desktop support for issue resolution and updates

• Supporting SharePoint On-Premise environments

• Managing Standard Operating Environment (SOE) configurations and deployments

• Monitoring and managing Windows infrastructure to maintain operational health

• Performing system health checks and aligning parameter changes across environments

• Executing standard operations, including incident, problem, change and service request (SR) management

• Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams for streamlined system management and change control

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience working in Windows infrastructure environments

• Fluency in English and German (B2 levels)

• Strong knowledge of Windows system management, including patching and software distribution

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proficient in ITIL-based service processes (Incident, Problem, Change, SR)

• Hands-on experience with tools like SCCM, Intune, Office 365 and SharePoint On-Premise

• Experience with Evergreen IT practices (continuous updates and lifecycle management)
