As a Release Manager, you will play a key role in planning and executing new releases across technology platforms, delivering value to both our customers and operations.

Hybrid: 1 day/week in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Łódź

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the release roadmap for one or more applications.
• Plan and manage multiple parallel releases, from go-live to post-go-live activities.
• Lead release decision meetings, ensuring milestones meet stakeholder approvals.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to enable seamless handovers.
• Enhance release quality and efficiency by incorporating new techniques, automation, and DevOps practices.

Our requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, release or deployment management, ideally in the banking sector.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and networking abilities.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.
• Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend release events.
