As a Release Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that new releases to client technology platforms and applications are planned and executed efficiently, with the highest quality for customers and operations, and in compliance with clients standards.

• Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe methodologies.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Technical mindset
• IT project management and planning skills (5+ years)
• Previous experience from release or deployment management activities (preferably from the banking sector)
• Experience working with incident, problem and change management tools and processes under ITIL framework
• Confident working with Project Management tools. (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience to work with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
• Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working
• Have great communication skills and fundamental technical knowledge in order to communicate with the development team(s) and create & validate deployment runbooks in collaboration with the team
• Have the passion to work with industry-leading Release Orchestration tool to create automated release pipelines with the help of technical experts.
• Flexibility: able to work extra paid evenings and weekends for the implementation of events.
