- IT project management and planning skills (7+ years).
- Previous experience from release or deployment management activities (preferably from the banking sector).
- Experience working with incident, problem and change management tools and processes under ITIL framework.
- Confident working with Project Management tools. (Jira,Confluence).
- Experience to work with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Experience with working on the edge of IT and business, with solid understanding of business aspects.
- Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working.
- Have extra-ordinary communication skills and fundamental technical knowledge in order to communicate with the development team(s) and create & validate deployment runbooks in collaboration with the team.
- Have the passion to work with industry-leading Release Orchestration tool to create automated release pipelines with the help of technical experts.
- Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe methodologies.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- *Flexibility: able to work paid evenings and weekends for the implementation of events.
