To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in IT or related disciplines.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
- Are an analytical person with great coordination and planning skills.
- Pay attention to details, with the ability to keep an overview to deliver your commitments and dependencies to others.
- Accountability, proactivity, and ability to quickly adapt and respond to change.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe methodologies.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Technical mindset
- IT project management and planning skills (5+ years)
- Previous experience from release or deployment management activities (preferably from the banking sector)
- Confident working with Project Management tools. (Jira,Confluence)
- Experience to work with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices

,[What you’ll be doing:, Coordinating, planning and maintaining the release roadmap for one or more applications., Release and deployment planning and coordination of multiple parallel releases, Planning release go live and post-go-live activities., Planning, coordinating and tracking change activities throughout the release process, Leading release decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for each release milestone., Planning and setting up handover sessions from development teams to operations teams, Increasing release quality and efficiency by integrating new techniques, automation capabilities, and DevOps ways of working to release orchestration.
