Job Description:

We’d like you to get involved with innovative and varied projects focused on online sports, betting and gaming. Would you like to work on highly reliable systems with low latency, much like the transactional systems of the best financial institutions, but… with fun included? We’d like you to work with some of the best Developers, QAs, DevOps Engineers and Project Managers in Krakow.

What you’ll be doing:
  1. Work as part of product teams to deliver high-quality services, ensuring business requirements and prioritization are fully understood.
  2. Proactively manage risks and issues, providing solutions and escalating as required.
  3. Ensure product teams are aware of the wider release calendar impacting test and production environments.
  4. Conduct retrospectives on failed releases and ensure all resulting actions are completed.
  5. Communicate Release Management processes effectively to all stakeholders.
  6. Drive continuous improvement in release management by keeping up with industry best practices and approaches.
  7. Build strong relationships with peers across Technology and business teams, including sub-channel Tech Leads for CI/CD strategy.
  8. Forge close working relationships with program and project managers to ensure high-quality software releases, modeling Grand Parade Values within the team.
Who we are looking for:
  1. Establish strong customer focus by building effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Be a credible communicator and influencer, adapting your style as appropriate.
  3. Possess a solid understanding of Agile and DevOps software delivery practices, including the Delivery and Development Life Cycle and testing methodologies.
  4. Have prior experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
