• Actively acquire new international corporate clients and develop long-term relationships with clients from the existing strategic portfolio
• Manage complex client relationships in the international segment, acting as a trusted business partner
• Identify client needs, growth opportunities and business potential, translating them into tailored banking solutions
• Prepare and coordinate credit applications in cooperation with credit analysts and internal stakeholders.
• Present transactions and business cases to credit committees
• Cooperate closely with international teams within the global group structure
• Represent the organization during meetings with clients, industry events, conferences and business networking initiatives
• Manage client relationships primarily in the field, with regular business travel and direct client interactions

• About 5 years of experience in banking, preferably in corporate, strategic or international client segments
• Proven experience in direct relationship management and sales with corporate or international clients 
• Experience working with international clients or structures for at least several years
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and credit products
• Advanced business-level English (used daily in professional interactions)
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills combined with professional presence and business maturity
• Category B driving licence
