Relationship Engagement Professional – Warsaw, Poland

We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Engagement Professional to join our Remote Engagement Management (REM) team based in Warsaw. The role requires strong relationship‑building skills, HR operational expertise, and deep insight into consulting and staffing dynamics. The REM team acts as a key bridge between internal teams, deployed consultants, and client stakeholders, ensuring effective workforce management and engagement.

Location: Hybrid – on site in Warsaw and remote as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating the consultant journey from the initial offer through to project completion, including onboarding, contract extensions, business travel, and off‑boarding.
• Primary point of contact for consultants, fostering strong relationships and providing solutions to any challenges they may face.
• Managing and negotiating contract extensions with consultants, ensuring alignment with project needs.
• Providing post‑sales support for both consultants and clients, including the preparation and management of relevant documentation.
• Maintaining regular communication with project and operational leaders on the client side to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Recruitment, and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinating events and team‑building activities to enhance consultant engagement and integration.

Ideal Candidate

• Motivated personality with at least 4 years of professional experience in a similar role, especially as an IT Recruiter 360, preferably in contracting.
• Independent and responsible, able to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and proactive, business‑minded approach.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, excellent communication skills.
• Experience in an international environment, comfortable working with diverse teams and clients.
• Nice to have: proficiency in German or French.
