We are looking for a new colleague to become a part of our REM team based in Warsaw. This role demands strong relationship‑building capabilities, HR operational expertise, and a deep understanding of consulting/staffing dynamics. The REM acts as a key bridge between internal teams, deployed consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure effective workforce management and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating the consultant journey from the initial offer through to project completion, including onboarding, contract extensions, business travel, and off‑boarding.
• Primary point of contact for consultants, fostering strong relationships and providing solutions to any challenges they may face.
• Managing and negotiating contract extensions with consultants, ensuring alignment with project needs.
• Providing post‑sales support for both consultants and clients, including the preparation and management of relevant documentation.
• Maintaining regular communication with project and operational leaders on the client side to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Collaborating closely with sales, recruitment, and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinating events and team‑building activities to enhance consultant engagement and integration.

Ideal Candidate

• Motivated personality: at least 4 years of professional experience in a similar position, especially as an IT recruiter 360, preferably in contracting.
• Independent and responsible: ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting: proactive and business‑minded.
• Fluency in spoken and written English: excellent communication skills.
• Experience in an international environment: comfortable working with diverse teams and clients.
• Nice to have: proficiency in German or French.
