Support Relationship Managers in activities aimed at maximizing sales of the Banks products and services, increasing account profitability, within the accepted risk
Maintain deep relationships with customers in accordance with individually adopted goals
Cooperation with Relationship Managers and Relationship Associates in customer service field
Ensuring high quality of banking services offered to customers
Cooperation with Analysts and Credit Officers in the implementation of credit tasks
Works with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients’ individual needs
Maintaining customer documentation with the utmost care and preparing appropriate reports in accordance with banking procedures
Sharing markets updates and information’s about the competitors to the appropriate units
Keeping direct manager informed about customers opinions and expectations
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Citis policies / guidelines at all time
Share with other team members the successes achieved, the method and methodology of their implementation, in order to exchange experiences and mutual development within the team
Stay up to date with the Banks and competitors products
Continuous improving of knowledge about the current financial and economic situation of clients, market trends and behavior of enterprises in the industrial sector
Wymagania
Min. 3 years of experience within commercial/corporate banking
Sound knowledge of commercial banking products and processes
Experience and knowledge of issues related to customer service
Basic knowledge of transactions, lending and FX operations
Sound knowledge of financial analysis
Knowledge of the industrial sector will be an asset
Ability to build long-lasting relationships
Organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (e.g. negotiation, consultative skills)
Ability to work effectively in team setting
Efficiency and focus towards achieving business and customer goals
