You must have a proven track record of delivering great product & user experiences in an e-Commerce environment. 
You are knowledgeable about performance marketing and have made first hand experience in driving native App Installs too. 
Proficiency in English, along with assertiveness and a solution-oriented mindset, is essential. 
Familiarity with Jira / Confluence Suites and Miro.
