We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Stewardship Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various product stewardship programs and ensuring high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate cross-functionally, maintain accurate data and documentation, and contribute to compliance and regulatory efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Prepare standard statement letters that address customer concerns with clarity and accuracy.
  • Work closely with teams across GBS and other departments such as Product Stewardship Operations, Business Partners, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and IT.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, data review, reporting, and issue resolution related to ongoing product stewardship initiatives.
  • Generate, analyze, and archive reports using company tools. Identify gaps and log defects or errors appropriately.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements. Report potential compliance issues and support risk minimization efforts.
  • Maintain general understanding of chemical regulations relevant to your work area and support compliance efforts across functions.
  • Accurately maintain and enter data in a timely manner. Understand the impact of data on product safety and process improvement.
  • Document tasks in line with company policies. Maintain organized records including reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
  • Demonstrate strong awareness and effective use of existing tools and systems for daily administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Chemistry or a related field)
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Awareness of European chemical regulations is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Capable of working independently under supervision and collaboratively in a team environment
