ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor banking regulations, e.g. MREL (Minimum Requirements for Own Funds and Eligible Liabilities) and dividend requirements
• Support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of regulatory requirements, including MREL
• Analyze the rating agencies classification of securities issued by the bank
• Initiate improvements to increase the banks ratings
• Participate in the preparation and execution of the banks issuing its securities
• Prepare analyses and reports for senior management

• Previous experience in banking regulations (MREL is a must)
• In-depth knowledge of rating agency methodologies
• Fluent English (B2+/C1)
• Degree in finance, banking, or a related field
