What youll be doing:

(Senior) Manager, Regulatory Affairs for Central Europe

Key responsibilities:

1. Provides strategic Regulatory planning and vision for Avon’s Central European markets, providing leadership and strategic direction to the Regulatory teams based in Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, and Poland.
2. Key business partner to Avon’s Direct Selling Businesses as well as Regional / Global Business partners to ensure Regulatory processes and activities are defined, implemented, and managed effectively.
3. Providing support to Exec. Dir APAC & EMEA RA for all new product initiatives and legislation implementation within Avon within these markets.
4. Ensures proactive Regulatory intelligence acquisition and analysis for the entire portfolio of products (including beauty adjacent products such as home fragrance, fashion accessories, and beauty implements).
5. Participates and represents Avon’s interests in professional business and sector technical associations (National and EU wide) including interaction with Governmental bodies.
6. Responsible for Regulatory compliance for Avon’s entire product portfolio in CE in all areas of technical regulation related to Products.
7. Works with various external technical legal advisors, consultants, and government officials.
