For our client specialized in pharma industry we are searching for a Regulatory Affairs Data Entry Specialist, who will join a team of experts in Global Regulatory Affairs Team for EMEA region.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Data entry activities in data systems such as InSight, LIFT
- Track incoming data entry requests and follow up until completion
- Enter data based on data entry requests from data owners
- Scrutinize data entry requests with data owners and instruct data owners as needed, to ensure consistency and quality of data
- Ensure data owner alignment with data entered into systems on their behalf
- Contribution to EMEA data entry team activities
- Contribute to process development and process improvement activities in EMEA and globally as needed
- Align with team members to ensure data entry backup capabilities during vacation and holiday periods
WYMAGANIA:
- Education in relevant field such as Life Science, Bioscience (Biology, Engineering, Biotechnology, etc.)
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, data entry, compliance or similar
- Good understanding of Marketing Authorisation data and regulatory procedures
- Understanding of regulatory data planning and tracking requirements
- Good technical skills
- Proven ability to monitor multiple actions and timelines and follow up until completion
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills in English
- Flexibility and proactivity
- Team-player
