We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to join our team and take part in the maintenance, configuration, administration, and development of Linux-based database systems. This role will primarily involve working with Informix/OneDB (6-node clusters across development, pre-production, and production environments) but also includes MySQL, MariaDB, Netezza/PostgreSQL.
responsibilities :
Maintenance, configuration, administration, and development of Linux-based database systems.
Ensure optimal database performance through performance monitoring tools.
Design and manage database structures and clusters.
Collaborate with team members to support database system operations during regular business hours (no on-call availability required).
requirements-expected :
Proven experience with Informix.
Strong expertise in database design and administration.
Proficiency in using performance monitoring tools for database optimization.
Good knowledge of English
