Join a strategic Business Transformation Program as a Scrum Master, where youll support cross-functional teams in applying Agile frameworks and facilitating key ceremonies.

Support hybrid/agile methodologies, working with pre-defined solution templates, and help the team move from planning to successful delivery in a structured yet flexible environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Apply Agile practices within a large-scale Business Transformation Program
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for your team
  • Help define acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done
  • Support the team in improving productivity and removing impediments
  • Enable the use of Hybrid/Agile methodology and promote best practices within the team
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to support cultural change—building an environment based on trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, efficiency, and fun
  • Assist Product Owners with backlog creation and management
  • Handle issues, drive solutions, follow up on corrective actions, and share relevant information across teams
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies
  • Follow environmental, health & safety, and information security standards applicable in the work location
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with various Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Hybrid
  • Experience working on IT projects, especially involving packaged software implementations (e.g., SAP)
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Advanced knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Signavio
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in an international and multicultural environment
  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level) – written and spoken
