responsibilities :
Apply Agile practices within a large-scale Business Transformation Program
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for your team
Help define acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done
Support the team in improving productivity and removing impediments
Enable the use of Hybrid/Agile methodology and promote best practices within the team
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to support cultural change—building an environment based on trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, efficiency, and fun
Assist Product Owners with backlog creation and management
Handle issues, drive solutions, follow up on corrective actions, and share relevant information across teams
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies
Follow environmental, health & safety, and information security standards applicable in the work location
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
requirements-expected :
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
Strong understanding and practical experience with various Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Hybrid
Experience working on IT projects, especially involving packaged software implementations (e.g., SAP)
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
Advanced knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Signavio
Excellent communication and facilitation skills in an international and multicultural environment
Fluent English (minimum C1 level) – written and spoken
