Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining solutions based on .NET 6/8 technology in a banking environment.
• Creating functional and system concepts in collaboration with the team and business clients.
• Participating in technical design processes, including module integrations (SOA).
• Implementing and optimizing processes according to business requirements.
• Supporting users during testing and deployment of solutions.
• Analyzing business and technical requirements and collaborating with bank departments.
• Ensuring the security and performance of enterprise-class solutions.
• Developing system architecture and implemented solutions (in-house development).
• Working in agile methodologies (SCRUM, Agile PM).

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working as a .NET Developer, preferably in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of technologies: REST, SOAP, SQL Server, EF, Kafka, Microservices.
• Familiarity with distributed architecture and DDD patterns.
• Application optimization skills and good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with business clients.

Nice to have:

• Experience in mobile app projects.
• Security certifications.
• Project management certifications and practical application of those skills.
• Practical knowledge of user story mapping and event storming.
• Experience working in a multilingual, multinational, and multicultural environment on international projects.
