The goal is to ensure seamless system performance, high availability, user support, and adherence to best practices.
Regular IT Support Engineer - IT Services (Atlassian Focus)
Your responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and optimize Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), both on-premise and in the cloud.
- Maintain system integrity and availability for end users.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to internal IT tools.
- Implement automation and scripting to improve efficiency (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript, Bash, Python).
- Support migration efforts from on-premise solutions to cloud (preferably AWS).
- Participate in on-call duty – one week per month.
Our requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator across various distributions.
- Strong expertise in installing, configuring, and managing Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Proficiency in managing and integrating APIs.
- Advanced scripting skills for Atlassian tools (Groovy or JavaScript).
- Strong experience in system scripting (preferred: Python, Bash).
- Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects (on-prem to SaaS); AWS preferred.
- English language proficiency at B2+ level.
- Analytical mindset and experience in stakeholder management.
- Ability to analyze monitoring/performance data for issue resolution and optimization.
- ITIL4 Foundation certification (or equivalent).
