The role focuses on the operations, configuration, and optimization of internal Commodity IT products—primarily Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence) and associated cloud-based solutions. The goal is to ensure seamless system performance, high availability, user support, and adherence to best practices.
responsibilities :
Manage, configure, and optimize Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), both on-premise and in the cloud.
Maintain system integrity and availability for end users.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to internal IT tools.
Implement automation and scripting to improve efficiency (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript, Bash, Python).
Support migration efforts from on-premise solutions to cloud (preferably AWS).
Participate in on-call duty – one week per month.
requirements-expected :
2+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator across various distributions.
Strong expertise in installing, configuring, and managing Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
Proficiency in managing and integrating APIs.
Advanced scripting skills for Atlassian tools (Groovy or JavaScript).
Strong experience in system scripting (preferred: Python, Bash).
Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects (on-prem to SaaS); AWS preferred.
