Regular HR Administration and Payroll Specialist

Join our Development Center in Kraków or Wrocław and become part of our open‑minded, progressive, and professional team. In this role you will expand your HR expertise across a variety of HR administration areas within an international corporation that provides IT solutions to world‑renowned clients.

Responsibilities

  • Managing HR administration throughout the entire employment lifecycle, including hiring, employment continuity, and terminations
  • Administering employee benefits
  • Providing day‑to‑day HR administration support to employees, PPMs, and Team Leaders
  • Conducting HR training sessions for newcomers and current employees
  • Cooperating with external vendors (e.g., payroll provider)
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date employee personnel files

Mandatory Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an independent role within an HR department
  • Solid knowledge of Polish labor law
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with HR applications (e.g., Xpertis, Optima, etc.)

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Experience in a multinational company will be an asset.
