Regular HR Administration and Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities
- Managing HR administration throughout the entire employment lifecycle, including hiring, employment continuity, and terminations
- Administering employee benefits
- Providing day‑to‑day HR administration support to employees, PPMs, and Team Leaders
- Conducting HR training sessions for newcomers and current employees
- Cooperating with external vendors (e.g., payroll provider)
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date employee personnel files
Mandatory Skills Description
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an independent role within an HR department
- Solid knowledge of Polish labor law
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Familiarity with HR applications (e.g., Xpertis, Optima, etc.)
Nice‑to‑Have Skills Description
- Experience in a multinational company will be an asset.
