Planning, design, installation and development of the Linux server landscape based on Ubuntu
Administration and maintenance of highly available openStack clouds
Carrying out performance, capacity and availability management of the Linux servers
Ensuring operational operation using a trouble ticket system
Adaptation and creation of automation processes and automatic system configurations
IT security support for the implementation of hardening/securing the server systems and the services running on them
On-call, 2nd/3rd line of support
ON CALL DUTY: Yes, on call duty during night/weekend alternating with colleagues in Germany
The service starts and ends every Monday, i.e. every week. The on-call service is covered 24/7 and is activated by SMS from the monitoring systems and/or by a call from an authorized person to report the fault.
