We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Customer Platform Engineering team, working closely with three Scrum development teams building customer-facing web and mobile (iOS/Android) applications.
responsibilities :
Requirements Analysis & Documentation: Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for web and mobile applications in a structured way.
User Story Creation: Write and maintain clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria in close collaboration with the Product Owner and development team.
Refinement Participation: Actively participate in refinement sessions to clarify and prioritize requirements and support effort estimation.
Technical Understanding: Ability to read and understand code (HTML, Java, PHP) to collaborate effectively with developers and ensure realistic requirements.
UX Coordination: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure design concepts are aligned with technical specifications early in the process.
QA Collaboration: Support testers by helping to define test cases and determine which functionalities should be tested at different development stages.
requirements-expected :
Ability to read and understand code (HTML, Java, PHP)
Proven experience in requirements analysis for web and mobile products
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma
Hands-on experience working in SCRUM / Agile environments
Fluent English (C1) – written and spoken
Excellent communication skills – able to act as a bridge between stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA.
Strong team collaboration – building trust and effective relationships with Product Owners, Team Leads, and engineers.
Proactive ownership mindset – self-driven, solution-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks based on product and customer needs.
