The candidate will be an integral member of the Customer Platform Engineering team, collaborating closely with three Scrum development teams focused on customer-facing web and mobile (iOS/Android) applications. The role involves eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment between stakeholders, UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis & Documentation
Conduct structured elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation of functional and non-functional requirements for web and mobile applications. Ensure requirements are clear, complete, feasible, and aligned with business goals and user expectations. - User Story Creation
Write and maintain clear, testable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria in close collaboration with the Product Owner and development teams. - Refinement Participation
Actively participate in backlog refinement sessions to clarify and prioritize requirements, supporting effort estimation and sprint planning. - Technical Understanding
Possess solid knowledge of web (HTML, Java, PHP) and mobile technologies (iOS, Android) to define realistic and feasible requirements and effectively collaborate with developers. - UX Coordination
Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure design concepts are integrated early into technical specifications, promoting a seamless user experience. - SCRUM & Agile Practices
Work proficiently within agile frameworks, especially SCRUM, participating in all ceremonies and collaborating autonomously in cross-functional teams. - Tools & Platforms
Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and Figma for documentation, collaboration, and tracking requirements and design artifacts. - Quality Assurance Support
Support QA by understanding application functionality, helping define test cases, and identifying key functionalities for testing during development phases. - Traceability & Testability
Ensure all requirements are traceable and testable to maintain high quality and facilitate validation.

Serve as a bridge between stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA with clear, solution-oriented, and collaborative communication. - Team Collaboration
Build close, trustful cooperation with Team Leads, Product Owners, developers, and designers. - Proactivity & Ownership
Demonstrate a self-driven, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership and prioritize tasks based on product and customer needs.
Profile:
- Experience working in agile SCRUM teams delivering web and mobile applications.
- Ability to read and understand code (HTML, Java, PHP) to facilitate technical collaboration.
- Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and associated development considerations.
- Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
- Background in requirements engineering, business analysis, or related roles.
