The Registration Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end onboarding and data management of investors. You will ensure all accounts are set up accurately, regulatory requirements are met, and queries are resolved within strict SLA timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Data Setup: Analyze application forms to set up new investors and maintain static/wire details in core systems.

• Query Management: Proactively monitor and respond to internal and external inquiries via email and BNP systems.

• Compliance & Due Diligence: Coordinate with the Oversight team to collect CDD evidence and ensure all registration tasks follow departmental procedures.

• Documentation & Verification: Communicate with stakeholders to obtain missing documentation and perform mandatory call-backs for sensitive data updates.
