We are seeking a Regional Web Operations Senior Specialist (RWS) to serve as a key liaison between the Central Team, vendor partners, and local markets. This role ensures proactive delivery and clear end-to-end communication across stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of complex project environments, demonstrate agility in meeting tight deadlines, and operate within defined SLAs to deliver high-quality service. The RWS will continuously optimize processes, identify cost efficiencies, and enhance established ways of working to maintain a high standard of delivery to markets. This role also involves overseeing day-to-day operations and driving timely implementation of requests—both independently and in collaboration with Web Operations production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with Central management, Vendor team and Local Market stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Market resources on local initiatives requiring delivery within web and commerce systems, configure, monitor execution end-to-end and provide reporting on demand.
  • Triaging requests and ensuring all required information is captured for execution of tasks. Configuring within the given systems to streamline speed to market.
  • Briefing into the centralized Production Centre more complex requests and ensuring the speed and quality of delivery coming from the central team.
  • Liaising with other departments for issue resolution that prevent requests from being delivered on time and escalating where necessary production risks to key stakeholders.
  • Review reports to ensure metrics are on point and flagging performance lags with action plans in place to recover any performance issues.
  • Act as the local systems knowledge for feasibility, assessment of timelines and providing prioritization into the Production Centre.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in a global environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Workfront, MS Office, and CMS platforms (AEM essential; Hybris/Syndigo PIM preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with web content management and publishing using AEM.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Polish, Serbian, Vietnamese) are a plus.
