As the Regional Transport Director CEE, youll oversee all transport operations across the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.



This role demands a deep knowledge of logistics and transportation, along with the strategic vision to drive operational excellence and growth.

Job Description

• Craft and execute a transport strategy for the CEE region that aligns with overall business goals.
• Manage all aspects of transport operations, including planning, execution, and performance.
• Build and guide a high-performing team of transport professionals.
• Enhance the transport network for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure top-notch service by meeting and surpassing delivery and quality expectations.
• Oversee transport costs with a focus on negotiation, optimization, and savings.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
• Implement innovative solutions to boost efficiency and competitiveness.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in transportation, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong grasp of transport operations, including freight forwarding and customs clearance.
• Proven success in developing and implementing transport strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and preferably one CEE language.
