Your Role

As a Regional Service Manager, you will lead and develop the service operations within your region to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Your responsibilities will include

• Managing and supporting a team of service engineers to deliver high‑quality service to our customers
• Driving operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve service performance and customer experience
• Ensuring the necessary competence level in the team by supporting professional development of employees through regular feedback, on‑the‑job coaching, recommended training
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking corrective actions when needed
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support
• Managing resources, and reporting on regional service performance

To Succeed You Will Need

Background & Experience

• Proven experience in service management or a similar leadership role within an industrial or technical environment
• Strong understanding of service operations, customer support, and technical processes
• Experience in managing teams and driving performance improvements

• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytic mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in Polish (spoken and written); English language skills at advanced level
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
