We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Poland and Eastern Europe. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, expanding market presence, managing key accounts and partners, and achieving regional revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional sales plan in line with company objectives.
- Identify and win new business opportunities across Poland and Eastern Europe.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to support customers.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Conduct product trainings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in multi‑country Eastern European markets.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- High level of self‑motivation, independence, and willingness to travel.
