What You Will Do:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and acquire new clients
Build lasting relationships with investors, contractors, and designers.
Sales Implementation:
Execute sales plans
Meet or exceed sales targets.
Forecasting & Reporting:
Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates.
Maintain CRM records and share market insights.
Negotiation & Commercial Activities:
Lead sales negotiations with win-win outcomes.
What We Look For:
Required:
Technical degree in industrial refrigeration.
3-5 years of sales experience in ammonia-based refrigeration.
Knowledge of the IREF market and products.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to travel within Poland.
Preferred:
Strong organizational skills.
Quick learner and proactive problem-solver.
Team player capable of delivering results under pressure.
