What You Will Do:

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and acquire new clients

  • Build lasting relationships with investors, contractors, and designers.

Sales Implementation:

  • Execute sales plans

  • Meet or exceed sales targets.

Forecasting & Reporting:

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates.

  • Maintain CRM records and share market insights.

Negotiation & Commercial Activities:

  • Lead sales negotiations with win-win outcomes.

What We Look For:

Required:

  • Technical degree in industrial refrigeration.

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in ammonia-based refrigeration.

  • Knowledge of the IREF market and products.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Willingness to travel within Poland.

Preferred:

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Quick learner and proactive problem-solver.

  • Team player capable of delivering results under pressure.
