We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Poland to engage with Food Service clients in Poland and strengthen the company’s commercial presence in the HoReCa segment, through collaboration with local distributors and direct clients (QSR, catering, hotels, restaurants).
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial activity and market development: manage commercial relationships with existing clients in Poland (HoReCa distributors, QSRs, restaurants, hotels, catering companies). Identify and develop new relevant business partnerships to increase volume and territorial coverage.
- Actively promote the product portfolio, presenting benefits and practical applications to clients; plan regular partner visits to maintain relationships, identify needs, and provide commercial support.
- Actively manage the offer, negotiation, and order follow‑up process in collaboration with the back‑office team.
- Develop and maintain commercial relationships with HoReCa distributors across various regions of Poland; monitor partner performance (sales, assortment, engagement) and provide support for promotion and development.
- Participate in joint activities: presentations, culinary demonstrations, meetings with end clients alongside the distributor’s team; ensure implementation of commercial policy (pricing, terms, promotional materials, prioritized assortment).
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to adapt commercial materials (flyers, catalogs, presentations) to the specifics of the Polish market; contribute to the development of customized offers for clients based on seasonality, menu, volume, and business profile.
- Provide basic technical‑commercial support: information on applications, usage recommendations, indicative food cost.
- Propose and implement tactical commercial campaigns with distributors (promotions, combo packages, samples, cross‑selling); support the organization of culinary demonstrations, tastings, and product testing at the local level.
- Proactively respond to commercial and operational requests from clients: stock, pricing, delivery terms, documentation.
- Report to the Food Service Manager on activity, results, and identified opportunities.
Job Requirements: Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in HoReCa.
- Experience working with HoReCa distributors or large clients (QSR chains, restaurants, hotels, catering).
Knowledge and Skills
- Understanding of the HoReCa market in Poland and relevant distribution networks.
- Customer‑oriented; analytical mindset; proactive in problem‑solving.
- Strong commercial skills: communication, negotiation, organization, and follow‑up.
- Quick understanding of client challenges and offering applicable solutions.
- Critical thinking and creativity in proposal formulation.
- Patience, attention to detail, and availability for iterative testing.
- Organization and efficient time management.
- Clear communication and ability to adapt technical language to different audiences (chefs, food technologists, purchasing managers, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
- MS Office.
Languages
- English language – intermediate to advanced level (mandatory).
Other Requirements
- Category B driving license.
- Availability for frequent travel within the territory.
- Willingness to attend industry events (demos, fairs, training sessions).
