Our client aims to expand its sales in Poland, which is why it has decided to recruit a new team member. The role offers work in an international environment, with great flexibility and mobility – you can work from anywhere in Poland

What we expect

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for establishing and developing new customers for the Company, and maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships. The individual must be able to identify customer problems and/or opportunities, know how companys products can be used to provide a solution, and be persuasive in selling the solution to the customer. The RSM is “on the road” for the majority of their work week and must be organised, disciplined and self-sufficient in carrying out their job responsibilities. Ultimately, this individual must deliver the budgeted sales for their territory

  • University degree or equivalent or a minimum of three to five years technical sales experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Display good communication skills, both written and verbal within and outside the company.
  • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports as well as to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Connector Knowledge will be an asset
  • Ability to facilitate Engineering Meetings
  • Highly skilled at presenting companys product capabilities and business model
  • Excellent Time and Territory management skills for optimum customer coverage.
  • Highly skilled at identifying business opportunities
  • Ability to recognize a problem or potential problem and react quickly and effectively
  • Advanced knowledge of English (C1 level)

Your tasks

  • Establish and develop new customers for the company in a defined market and/or industry
  • Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships to increase the amount of business and the diversity of product that company does with these customers by pursuing possibilities and opportunities beyond those initiated by the customer.
  • Generate new business for company by working with customer purchasing, manufacturing, and quality to develop “design-in” opportunities; address opportunities using products, services and technical expertise
  • Ability and willingness to prospect for new customers and contact former customers
  • Work with available resources not only within company, but also our suppliers and other outside sources to assist customers and expand knowledge of product capabilities and solutions
  • Participate in annual budgeting process
