Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales growth in the Baltic States (LT, LV, EE) region as part of a full‑time on‑site role. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, managing sales strategies, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The individual will analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and actively collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet organizational goals.

• Strategic Thinking, Market Analysis, and Sales Planning skills
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
• Experience in the manufacturing or construction materials industry is an advantage

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
