Teamsales Representative 11teamsports Poland - Województwo dolnośląskie
Are you part of the Polish football community? Do you have sales experience from the football (retail) industry? Join our progressive European team and contribute to developing our 11teamsports business ‘Województwo dolnośląskie’. We are looking for a sales-oriented and results-driven professional who is ready to take on the responsibility as our next Team Sales Representative. In this role, your main job will be to allow our 11teamsports banner to grow together with clubs, associations and federations. Thus, building relationships with potential partners and providing the best possible customer experience to existing ones is the key.
What do you need to succeed in this role:
Football community/network: You enjoy building and maintaining relationships with football clubs, teams, federations, and companies in Poland.
Sales experience within the football industry: Ideally you have sales experience in the football retail market and you are ready to reach out to potential partners and negotiate deals from day one.
Outgoing personality and willingness to travel: You might spend a significant amount of time in meetings, on the road, and on the phone.
Polish on a native level is a must, as well as ability to frame arguments in a customer-centric way and strong computer skills (especially Excel)
Business spirit and willingness to run the extra mile: You need strong communication skills and drive at the finish line when closing a business deal.
Key responsibilities:
Building a strong network throughout the football clubs community to establish new 11teamsports partners, as well as to accelerate and develop current ones.
Active addressing of sports, primarily football, clubs & teams. Participation in football games and football events throughout Poland.
Build, maintain and update our internal database of Polish clubs
Take part in pre-order presentations from our selected suppliers so that you have all the necessary knowledge about our products.
Plan and forecast products needed for your asset servicing.
Daily care of acquired customers: being available and ready to reply to our customers is key.
