? We’re Hiring: Regional Sales Manager | Poland
? About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to play a key role in shaping our field sales organization and driving our growth across a large region in Poland. This is a unique opportunity to join a new, international, and agile sales organization that is actively building its presence in the country.
Working closely with the Head of Sales and our international HQ, you will be responsible for defining and executing sales, trade marketing, and distribution strategies. You will lead a small but high‑impact team of Sales Representatives, build strong commercial relationships with key customers and partners, and directly contribute to revenue growth through our expanding product portfolio.
This is a hands‑on leadership role combining strategy, execution, and field presence.
- Lead and inspire a Sales Team with a solution‑oriented mindset aligned with our company culture
- Define, develop, and execute regional sales and distribution strategies to achieve volume and distribution targets
- Analyze market data, contribute to business planning, and provide insights for strategic decision‑making
- Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations while ensuring policy compliance
- Co‑create and implement sales and market presence strategies aligned with customer needs and company objectives
- Manage a team of Sales Representatives within assigned region (up to 5 people), including hiring and onboarding, performance evaluation and reviews, training and coaching, route planning and POS visits, control and verification of internal processes
- Grow product distribution and sales volume, ensuring delivery against KPIs
- Collaborate closely with local teams in Poland and international stakeholders to foster a strong, engaging work environment
- Develop and implement Trade Marketing initiatives (launch activations, retailer programs, POSM, consumer engagement, local chains & Key Accounts) in cooperation with HQ and the Head of Sales
- Actively sell to key customers and step in for Sales Representatives when required
- Fluent English and Polish (daily communication with international stakeholders)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within external sales teams (FMCG experience preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, key accounts, and local chains
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, driven by data and facts
- Ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
- Highly organized, results‑oriented team leader with a strong growth mindset
- Category B driving license
