Regional Sales Manager

Your responsibilities
- Establishes sales and profit targets and a business development strategy for the allocated area with the CEO and Group Sales Director.
- Fully coordinates the area under their control as a profit center, ensuring the development of the business volume in the area by increasing the market share, and proposes and implements action plans in this respect.
- Analyses the results, business potential, market and competition movements.
- Propose the opening of new points of presence in the allocated area according to the market requirements and dynamics.
- Draw up the annual sales budget for each branch under the supervision of the CEO and Group Sales Director.
- Communicates sales and profit targets to the subordinates, closely monitors the results, and takes measures to improve when problems arise.
- Tracks the evolution of clients in the allocated area, the receipts, discounts, and problems encountered in the commercial relationship, and finds solutions to improve the relationships and service level.
- Together with the Availability Manager, analyses local stocks, needs, and preferences of local markets, identifies slippages in purchases in each branch, and takes measures to adjust them
- Knows the difficulties encountered at the branch level in meeting objectives and finding optimal solutions
- Decides structure of the sales team in the assigned area, according to the business requirements
- Participates in the programs for the preparation and updating of job descriptions of subordinate employees
- Provide support and guidance to subordinates and develop the sales teams quality through information, constant feedback, coaching, and training activities (internal or external).
- Participates in the periodical evaluation of the activity of subordinates, monitors individual evolution, and proposes methods to increase work efficiency.
- Adopt a behavior able to promote the companys image and values
- Respect the quality and professionalism standards promoted by the company
- Collaborate with colleagues/departments in the country and at HQ in carrying out tasks requiring joint actions
Our requirements
- Ability to establish and maintain both - great relationships with sales team of Skuba employees as well as close business relationships with clients;
- Work experience in the sales of spare parts for commercial vehicles/ passenger cars, lubricants, tires, and other tools or accessories for the automotive industry;
- Experience in cooperation with parts trading companies, truck services, transport companies, and other trade/industrial companies that have their own fleets;
- Proven Track record of Analytical skills
- Experience with managing a sales team, min 3 years
- Fluent local and English language
- Efficient user of software tools (Windows, Office, Teams, Skype, ...)
- Driving licence
