Leading the project execution, you will work with a global and experienced cross-functional teams, covering topics related to market research, competition benchmark, product sourcing, development, adaptation and validation, product launch and sales performance monitoring.
What you can look forward to as a Regional Project Manager Aftermarket(m/f/d):
- Executing & leading iAM GDPEP/WPCP projects, including project scope, time, budget, contracting, and quality according to relevant standards.
- Details project objectives in alignment with the project owner, elaborate a project plan in alignment with the goals, and perform cross-functional planning for all functions involved to meet the project targets and requirements.
- Owns the Business Case and takes budget accountability for all project expenses, ensuring cross-functional alignment to reach financial contribution targets, and manages the risks to secure the project targets.
- Rigorously identifies, tracks, and manages any scope changes to assess the impact on the QCD baseline to be able to capitalize on those changes.
- Leading cross-functional project teams, delegates work and holds them accountable for deliverables.
- Managing risks, resolving problems/issues, and managing baseline changes, reporting & escalating to decision makers and stakeholders.
- Prepares and presents project status during gate reviews (PSCs).
- Knows and applies Project Management standards and good practices as a role model for the project team.
Your Profile as a Regional Project Manager Aftermarket(m/f/d):
- Higher education
- Min 2 – 3 years of experience in project management;
- Project Management Expertise (Project planning, Controlling & Monitoring, Risk Management, Change Request Management, Quality Management);
- Entrepreneurial Competencies (AM customer orientation, power of decision, dealing with complexity, perseverance);
- Knowledge of Project Management standards and methods;
- Preferred PM certification (e.g. IPMA B /IPMA C, PMI-PMP..);
- Fluent English, German, or another language is nice to have;
- Leadership (Teamwork, Readiness for Change and Innovation, Results orientation).
