Regional Product Costing Analyst at Solenis
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Regional Product Costing Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a critical part in driving key product costing and analysis processes across a complex and fast‑paced business environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support in the costing process, including Cost Per Unit analysis with focus on cost evolution, variance, and category split.
- Act as a liaison between the service center and business teams to interpret CPU variances, clarify costing methodologies, and ensure consistent understanding across stakeholders.
- Deliver analytical insights and financial support for new business projects and initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc costing and financial analyses, accounting for approximately 50% of overall responsibilities.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support to Portfolio, Marketing, Pricing, and Commercial Finance teams to aid decision‑making and performance tracking.
- Perform monthly activities including standard reporting and deck preparations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of progressive experience in product costing, corporate finance, or business analysis.
- Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with financial systems such as OneStream, Tableau (a plus).
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
