ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Transform process documentation into clear and engaging training materials (e.g., slides, video walkthroughs)

Adapt content to regional specifics and compliance requirements

Lead virtual and in-person training sessions across the region

Create on-demand modules for scalable, flexible learning

Design and run onboarding programs for new hires and transitioning teams

Organize interactive learning formats: simulations, Q&As, and workshops

Develop quizzes, assessments, and feedback loops

Monitor knowledge retention and adjust materials accordingly

Ensure teams are fully trained before go-live of new processes

Align training with organizational goals and process updates

Collect learner feedback and refine training approaches

Stay up to date on adult learning techniques and regional training trends

WYMAGANIA:

Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken)

3–5 years of experience in training delivery, onboarding, or instructional design

Proven ability to translate documentation into structured training

Experience with both virtual and in-person training formats

Experience coordinating training programs or small learning teams is a plus

Familiarity with shared service transitions and regional HR/compliance topics is a strong advantage
