Ansell is looking for a Regional Net Revenue Management Lead to join our team in Metro Park, NJ; Kraków, Poland or Brussels, Belgium!
In this position you will play a vital role in spearheading the regional pricing, promotion, and trade investment strategy, acting as the go-to expert in revenue management. What your role will be?
- Lead development of and operationally support business stakeholder alignment and buy-in and execution of the region’s revenue management strategy
- Analyze and assess pricing, discounting, promotions, and trade spend to identify and recommend revenue optimization opportunities.
- Support and influence the development and execution of Net Revenue Management strategies across channels and customers; track and review their effectiveness in execution and delivery.
- Continuously evaluate customer and product profitability by analyzing mix, pricing, and investment levels to review and refine strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to assess the ROI of trade promotions and pricing strategies via formalized business revenue management review processes.
- Prepare reports and insights through utilizing insight dashboards that track NRM KPIs (e.g., net revenue per unit, trade efficiency, mix improvement) to build insight and influence within business teams.
- Assist in modeling scenarios for pricing changes, promotional plans, and commercial negotiations and develop recommendations for regional leadership review and decision alignment
- Leverage tools and data platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP, Nielsen/IRI) to generate actionable insights and inform business strategies and tactics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of pricing analytics, data quality, and revenue reporting processes.
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Net Revenue Management, Finance, Commercial Analysis, or Trade Marketing (preferably in CPG, retail, or pharma).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Working knowledge of ERP and trade promotion systems (e.g., SAP, TPM, TPO tools) and the key information and insight opportunities that they provide.
- Experienced understanding of pricing, promotions, and trade terms levers and their use in revenue management optimization.
- Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills, with experience in influencing cross-functional and senior (C-suite) stakeholders.
- Experience working with financial, revenue management (P&L, ROI, Pricing, Terms) and syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, or POS data).
- Familiarity with revenue growth levers (pack-price architecture, promotional mechanics, mix management, pricing).
- Knowledge of financial modeling and scenario planning.
