ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:



Responsibilities:

• Regional Campaign Execution - Plan and deliver marketing programs across DACH and CEE regions, aligned with sales priorities
• Partner Marketing - Collaborate with distributors, resellers, MSPs, and cloud providers on joint campaigns and events
• Event Management - Organize webinars, workshops, and roundtables in local languages, including content creation and lead handling
• Content Localization - Adapt global campaigns and messaging to local markets, including customer stories and vertical-specific content
• Budget Oversight - Manage regional marketing budgets and external vendors, ensuring cost-effective execution
• Sales Alignment - Work closely with SDRs and country managers to support pipeline growth and campaign follow-up
• Performance Analysis - Track KPIs and campaign results to inform future planning and optimization
• Compliance Awareness - Understand local regulations and buyer behavior to ensure effective and compliant marketing

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing (field and/or channel)
• Fluent in German (C1) and English
• Experience with digital campaigns, webinars, and partner marketing
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Asana
• Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working across cultures
• Available to travel in Europe
