Regional Marketing Manager (DACH & CEE) – Kraków, Małopolskie, Polska

Responsibilities

  • Regional Campaign Execution – Plan and deliver marketing programs across DACH and CEE regions, aligned with sales priorities
  • Partner Marketing – Collaborate with distributors, resellers, MSPs, and cloud providers on joint campaigns and events
  • Event Management – Organize webinars, workshops, and roundtables in local languages, including content creation and lead handling
  • Content Localization – Adapt global campaigns and messaging to local markets, including customer stories and vertical‑specific content
  • Budget Oversight – Manage regional marketing budgets and external vendors, ensuring cost‑effective execution
  • Sales Alignment – Work closely with SDRs and country managers to support pipeline growth and campaign follow‑up
  • Performance Analysis – Track KPIs and campaign results to inform future planning and optimization
  • Compliance Awareness – Understand local regulations and buyer behavior to ensure effective and compliant marketing

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing (field and/or channel), ideally in IT or cybersecurity
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English
  • Based in Europe, with ability to travel occasionally
  • Experience with digital campaigns, webinars, and partner marketing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Asana
  • Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working across cultures
